This diploma trains students in various tourism-related roles, such as sales, promotion, hospitality, etc. It enables students to develop skills in tourism services, event management, and organization, allowing them to offer French and international clients tailored tourism support. A one-year upgrade course is mandatory for admission to the BTS in Hotel and Restaurant Management in Lille (unless the students have obtained a Hotel Baccalauréat. This program teaches the fundamental techniques and skills required for careers in the hotel and restaurant industry.


The two years of apprenticeship during the BTS program cover content that is directly derived from the professional activity reference framework developed with active companies. Management is a key focus throughout the program, enabling students to quickly become technical managers in one of the following areas: restaurant management, culinary production management, or accommodation management.

The Tourism Establishment Manager training program trains learners in the comprehensive management of a tourist accommodation establishment: from customer reception to team management, including marketing and service operations.
